Ms. Ranger shared her appreciation for Sheri Henderson's years of service and the lasting impact she has made on the students, staff, and families of our district.
"It is my honor to recognize Sheri Henderson as this year's recipient of the Fred Factor Award.
The Fred Factor Award celebrates individuals who make a meaningful difference through kindness, service, and a genuine commitment to others. Sheri embodies these qualities every day. She consistently puts students, staff, and families first, often working behind the scenes without seeking recognition. Her positive attitude, willingness to help, and unwavering dedication make our school and community stronger.
Sheri has a unique ability to make people feel valued and supported. Whether she is lending a helping hand, offering encouragement, or simply bringing a smile to someone's day, her impact is felt by everyone around her.
Sheri, thank you for your compassion, your generosity, and the countless ways you make a difference. We are fortunate to have you as part of our school family.
Please join me in congratulating Sheri Henderson, our Fred Factor Award recipient."
While Sheri did not begin her career as a paraeducator in Onalaska, we were fortunate to have her as part of our school family for the years she served here. Her kindness, dedication, and unwavering support of others have left a lasting mark on our schools and community.
As Sheri prepares for retirement at the end of this school year, she leaves behind a legacy of compassion and service that will not be forgotten. Although we will greatly miss her presence next year, we are grateful for the time we shared with her and wish her all the best in this well-deserved new chapter.
