With 33 years of experience in education, Ms. Ranger has devoted her career to supporting students and creating meaningful learning experiences. She spent 25 years in the classroom as a middle school teacher, developing a deep understanding of adolescent learners and a passion for helping every student reach their full potential.
For the past seven years, she’s brought that same dedication to school administration—building positive school cultures, supporting teachers, and ensuring that every student has access to a quality education.
This is Ms. Ranger’s first year with Onalaska, and we are so glad to have her joining our team! Her love for middle school shines through in everything she does. She’s always smiling, full of positive energy, and not afraid to jump right in wherever she’s needed. And let’s be honest—she does it all with great style, too! 💜✨
Outside of school, Ms. Ranger enjoys spending time with her family, including her two children and three grandchildren. When she’s not in the classroom or office, you might find her outdoors fishing, crabbing, or clamming, or relaxing with a good book. 📚🎣
